Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, all EU countries, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other regions at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched very quickly — in most cases within 24 hours. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. If you have a concern about your order, contact us at support@zephyrian.shop as soon as possible and we'll do what we can, but interception cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and follow our return process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. The exact payment methods vary slightly by country.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

Every order is tracked. Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email — check your inbox and spam folder if you haven't seen it.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • European Union: 5–8 business days

During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer. Your tracking page will always show the most up-to-date status.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your dispatch date, contact us at support@zephyrian.shop with your order number and we will resolve it.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

For orders shipped to the US, EU, and UK, all applicable taxes are included in the price. You will not be charged anything extra on delivery. We do not ship outside these regions.

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted on items that have been received and remain in their original sealed condition — the outer bag may be opened, but the inner product box and all bottle seals must be intact.

To request a return, email support@zephyrian.shop with your order number and reason. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what do I do?

Contact us at support@zephyrian.shop immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • US: up to 10 business days
  • UK & EU: up to 14 business days

Processing times can vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@zephyrian.shop.

What is the Money-Back Guarantee?
