Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Due to our rapid automated fulfillment process, orders enter processing immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled. If you contact us after placing an order, it will in most cases already be dispatched. We are unable to intercept packages in transit.

If you wish to reverse a purchase, you must wait for the package to arrive and follow the return process below. Cancellation requests submitted before delivery will not be actioned.

UK & EU customers: Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive are acknowledged. However, because orders are typically dispatched within hours of purchase, cancellation before dispatch is only possible within a very narrow window. If you believe your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@zephyrian.shop — we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee interception.

Returns — Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met at the time of the return request:

  • You have received the item
  • The outer shipping bag may be opened
  • The inner product box and all bottles must be completely sealed and unopened
  • You have proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact support@zephyrian.shop with your order number and reason for return.

United States

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions apply only where an order was fulfilled in error on our part, or where a return is initiated under our results guarantee.

To request a return, contact support@zephyrian.shop with your order number and a detailed explanation. We review each request individually and reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the product remains in its original, sealed condition.

Please note: Zephyrian's products are sealed health and hygiene goods. Your right of return is forfeited if the inner product box or any bottle seal has been broken, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which excludes sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

The outer shipping bag may be opened without affecting your return eligibility.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

European Union

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt. You may return your order within this period for any reason, provided the goods remain in their original sealed condition.

As with UK orders, the 14-day right does not apply once the inner product box or bottle seals have been broken. Opened or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned on hygiene grounds under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zephyrian.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through your account or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Subscription orders that have already been processed and dispatched are subject to the return policy above and cannot be cancelled retroactively.

Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on 3-pack and 5-pack purchases. This is a performance guarantee — if you follow the protocol and don't see results, we'll refund you in full.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for the refund to appear (US)
  • Up to 14 business days (UK & EU)
